"...7b. Teaching and coaching ability
While you are reasonably confident in your ability to teach and coach, it seems you are not confident in your ability to sense the training needs of other people.
Even if teaching does not figure in your career plans, it would still be well worth your while developing some basic skills in this area. It is not just in formal teaching situations that these abilities are useful.
There are many opportunities in the new economy for teaching, coaching and developing the talents and abilities of others, including 'on the job' training and mentoring.
Because teamwork is an important aspect of work in the new economy, the ability to bring the skills of the weaker team members up to speed is an important requirement.
Your reasonable level of confidence suggests that you would be well suited to this aspect of teamwork.
Often all that is involved is sharing your knowledge with your work colleagues. As well as helping to raise the collective capability of your team, this can help you develop valuable skills and assist in forming healthy relationships with your workmates.
However to be truly effective, you should develop your ability to sense the training needs in others.
Before delivering training, you must fully understand the needs of the person concerned.

7c. Caring and serving ability
You seem to be reasonably confident with your caring and serving abilities. You seem to be very confident at providing good customer service, and quite confident at helping, healing and caring for other people.
People, like you, who can provide excellent customer service are highly sought after in many areas of the new economy.
Being able to cater effectively to the individual needs of customers is one of the key success factors for companies these days.
You should look to use your ability with colleagues, as well as the end customer. Whatever your area of expertise, make sure you emphasize this ability to potential employers.
You seem to have a certain level of ability for caring for, healing and helping others. People with this ability are often drawn to working in areas such as healthcare, education and personal services.
But even if you are not directly involved in this type of work, your caring and healing abilities can still be an advantage.Any capability you have for empathizing and sensing the unmet needs of others, can provide opportunities for your career."
